4/10 Ville Platte to Simmesport, LA - St. Francisville

The guys rode from Ville Platte to Simmesport, LA. Denise and I drove to St. Francisville to Pleasant Pine Campground, as there was nothing else in between. They rode thru Grand Prairie, Washington, Lebeau - they took a wrong turn and said "we're lost" and a lady by the roadside said "ya I can tell". Thru Dupont, Plaucheville, Moreauville, Hamburg to Simmesport. Denise drove to Simmesport from St. Francisville which included taking a small ferry across the Mississippi. It cost $1 to cross going and nothing coming back. It was a flat ride. We drove across a bridge that crossed the Mississippi that was one of the steepest I have ever driven over and the narrowest!
